The Turner Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your
privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through
theturnerco.com (the “Site”) and in the course of our
services, how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including choices for California
residents. Our terms are posted separately at Terms of Service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers & contact information — your name, postal address, phone
number, and email address when you give them to us. - Commercial & service information — the service you request, quote and
appointment details, and records of our communications with you. - Internet & device activity — pages viewed, links clicked, referring
page, browser and device type, and similar usage data collected automatically through cookies and
similar technologies. - Approximate location — a general location derived from your IP address,
which we use to determine whether to show our cookie-consent banner.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial-account numbers, precise geolocation,
or other “sensitive personal information” through the Site, and we do not use or disclose
sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law.
How We Collect Information
- Directly from you — when you contact us, request a quote, book service,
apply for a job, or send us a text message. - Automatically — through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies as you

- To respond to your inquiries and provide, schedule, and perform our services.

Cookies & Analytics
We use only strictly necessary cookies required to operate the Site (for example,
to keep it secure and functioning). We do not use analytics, advertising, or other
non-essential cookies or trackers, and we do not use them to build a profile of your activity across
other websites. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and
provide a way for you to manage your choices, and for visitors in California we will
obtain opt-in consent before any non-essential tracker loads.
How We Share Information
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example,
website hosting, form and communications tools, analytics and, if used, advertising vendors), and when
required to comply with the law or protect our rights. We do not sell your personal
information for money. We currently use no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no
“sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral
advertising under California law; if we introduce any such cookies in the future, for California
visitors they would be off until you opt in.
SMS / Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive text messages from
The Turner Company related to your service, appointments, quotes, and account. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and
HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to
receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with
any third parties. This SMS section applies to all of the sharing described in this Policy.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:
- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have
collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it; - Delete personal information we collected from you;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes
that trigger this right); and - Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To make any privacy request, you may call us at 817-638-9053, or use our contact form. Because we do not use advertising or
analytics cookies, there is no sale or sharing of personal information for you to opt out of; if that
ever changes, we will provide an opt-out mechanism and update this Policy. We will not discriminate
against you for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you
may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry
standard for DNT, our Site does not respond differently to DNT signals. We do honor the
Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a
request from a California resident to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that
browser, and non-essential cookies stay off unless you choose to enable them.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required
by law, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those
sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new
