This is where the TurnerCo story began in 1980 with the establishment of a septic tank installer company that moved into precasting septic tanks and other precast concrete products. Brian and Michelle Turner expanded their casting operation into manholes in the early 2000s and embarked on a path to grow their business. Forever visionaries, they took a big decision and found themselves in 2020 as a major producer of precast concrete infrastructure products with a robotic pipe, box, and manhole production facility in Lockhart.

In 2021, a HawkeyePedershaab PipePlus machine with multiform modules for increased production capability for concrete pipe and manholes was installed at the Rhome facility.
