Owners Michelle and Brian Turner founded the company with a vision rooted in respect, honesty, care for others, hard work, ethical business practices, social responsibility, and a welcoming spirit. Trust in our words and actions remains central to everything we do.
What started in 2001 as a small septic tank installation business quickly grew into a precast operation to better serve clients. Our first facility in Rhome supplied tanks for anaerobic and aerobic septic systems, grease traps, storm cellars, and manholes. As demand grew, so did our capabilities—with the addition of wetcast forms, drycast manhole machines, a pipe plant, and forms for precast box structures.
As communities across the Texas Triangle expanded, The Turner Company grew alongside them. In 2019, we opened a second production facility in Lockhart, featuring North America's first BFS Souveraen automated concrete pipe and manhole plant. This high-volume system allows us to meet the infrastructure needs of rapidly growing markets while upholding the quality and service our clients trust.
